With over 10 years’ experience running a craft beer shop in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, opening a brewery was the obvious next step and also a lifelong goal. Since opening its doors, Throne Brewing has become an outlet for creativity, innovation, and comradery. The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University.
