In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. It tells a story of a gathering of family and friends enjoying great food and lots of laughs. Otto’s Empire Diner has kept the tradition alive and well, winning numerous awards with their food. The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. He wanted to create a place that had the Best Wings Anywhere, lots of Sports Action, and a Super Friendly staff. We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. Rather, we saw an opportunity to serve and host this thriving community and concluded that a great coffee shop would be a great way to do this. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option. So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle. First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity.
