The Tagliani Family welcomes you to our "Cucina". In Italian, "Cucina" means "kitchen". If your house is like ours, when family and friends get together, the kitchen is the place everyone wants to be! In 1993, there were just a handful of restaurants in North Glendale/Peoria. Today there are over 185; nearly a dozen Italian and 99% are National Chains. We are Family Owned and Operated.

Our family owned and operated Caramba Mexican Food restaurants cook daily from scratch. No lard, no MSG. We use cholesterol free no trans fat canola oil. Our chicken is 100% fresh, never frozen. Only the leanest cuts of beef are used. We prepare all authentic Mexican dishes and salsas fresh daily. Low carb, low fat, vegetarian items are also available. Breakfast Burritos served all day as well as menudo. Mexican and domestic beers are served ice cold and our award winning " Best in Phoenix" margaritas are made with gold premium tequilas. We opened our first location in downtown Glendale in 1990. Since then we have opened 4 more locations in Phoenix, Glendale, and Surprise. All locations are family owned and operated. Fixin’ To Eat is a meal-assembly kitchen (that’s meal-prep nowadays). Our mission is to eliminate your “What’s For Dinner?” debacle by providing freezer-friendly dinner kits that you cook at home.
How are we different than the subscription services out there? Our meal kits come fully prepped so that the only thing you need at home is access to cooking equipment, a pan or two and some cooking utensils. You won’t be chopping, dicing or zesting a thing at home so the cleanup is minimal. Our meal kits can stay frozen for weeks and sometimes up to months, so you’re never “on the line” to cook something before it goes bad. Essentially, we offer a local service that does everything for you up to the point of actual cooking. Say goodbye to hours of planning, shopping and prepping!

In the Carolinas, it’s not BBQ unless there’s pork and a vinegary sauce.
In Memphis, you better be craving ribs.
If you’re from St. Louis or Kansas City, you’re going to be expecting a tomatoey sauce.
Texas BBQ is all about the beef brisket.
Oren took all of these BBQ experiences from across the country and created NakedQ, where we rub, smoke and serve our meats naked (without sauce) like pork, ribs, brisket, links, turkey, and chicken with our tried and true recipes.
From our North Carolina-style vinegar sauce to South Carolina mustard sauce to traditional sweet or spicy sauces you can choose to enjoy it, the way you love it because BBQ is as American as apple pie (even though we prefer peach.)
