"Pho is considered a national dish for the Vietnamese. To some extent, it is held as a reflection of the heritage and daily life of the people of Vietnam. In layman's terms, pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup that is traditionally made with chicken or beef broth, spiced with various flavors and topped with different herbs. Because of its complex flavors and deceptive simplicity, pho captured the attention of many people in the West when it was brought over via Vietnamese immigration. Events such as the unification of Vietnam under the French rule and others also delineate the history of pho; what follows is an exploration of this most beloved of Vietnamese dishes."
I really liked this place. I would say this is one of the best pho places on this side of town. Our food came quick and it was fresh and nicely presented. Luckily we beat the crowd for rush hour - and still then I think the restaurant did a good job flying the food out the door.
Side note: they do charge a small fee if you don't use cash, not a big deal to me but just a friendly reminder. Overall pretty good food for what you pay for
Best pho this side of town. The spring rolls are excellent too.
The woman that works here has a fantastic memory. She remembers our order and recognizes my voice over the phone.
Check this place out next time you have a pho craving. You can thank me later
Friendly & fast service. Great quality food too :)
I love to get the shrimp pho and their spring rolls are great too.
Wow, this place is good.
Started off with the shrimp spring rolls and the over stuffed roll to the perfect dipping sauce that went with it was such a fresh starter.
Split the shaken beef and the chicken pho.
The shaken beef had to be the most tender beef I've had in months and with that fried egg and gochujang it was like the most elevated street food.
You can tell they spend some time on their broth here. The pho was warm and the herbs were so bright and flavorful in it.
Will be coming back soon.
