Bella Luna Ristorante

I am in Avondale for a staycation and in my search for a place to eat I came across this beautiful restaurant. My server Gregory makes one hell of a lemon drop martini. The food was great and served quickly. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Just what I was looking for on my staycation!

Our friends frequent Bella Luna and suggested that four of us have dinner. We had reservations and were seated promptly in a comfortable table. It was Sunday night and the service was prompt and our server Jose was friendly and attentive. A complementary order of warm crusty bread was immediately delivered. We ordered the Spicy Shrimp and Scallops which is served proscuitto, kale, chili oil and a white wine sauce over a creamy risotto.
It was an excellent choice.
The Fruitti Di Mare had an abundance of shell fish clams, shrimp, scallops, mussels and linguini in a herbed tomato sauce.
Bella Luna is a great family owned and operated restaurant providing wonderful Italian food. We have added Bella Luna to our return list.

This cute little place has been a hit every time we've been here. Saturday night my husband and I went out for our two year anniversary and ended up at Bella Luna. A cozy environment pair with friendly staff makes this a great place for date night.

I had the Butternut squash Ravioli which I found delicious (and I really love butternut squash ravioli so I was nervous it wasn't going to be substandard, but it wasn't). My husband is a picky eater and he really enjoyed his Saltimbocca. We also had watermelon sangria which was delicious, I was tempted to ask them if they'd sell us an entire bottle to go home.

My husband and I have been trying to find small local businesses in our area to support and this will definitely be one that we continue to frequent regularly.
