my wife and me are Pastry Chefs as well as Chef de Cuisine ,we both know how to Bake, Decorate, Create desserts,breads,Pastries and also Cooking. i lost my job in 2004 and my wife Hotel was demolished in 2005, so 2 years after that happened we decided to open a Filipino Bakery , then the following year a next door space was available , so we turn it into a Restaurant , offering Classical Filipino dishes , our bakery is international , we have French, Italian , Greek and on some ocassions German Pastries, specially for Christmas i make a traditional dresden Christmas Stollen. let me not forget that being the firs filipino bakery in arizona , we create the best Filipino Pastries, Cakes and desserts in Arizona. It’s pretty simple, actually. The Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Goodyear, Arizona is all about good food, made well, for a good price. How do we pull that off? By cooking from scratch. That’s our secret ingredient, and it makes for great tasting food at an even better value. What does that mean exactly for the people of Goodyear? That means large plates full of Santa Fe Spinach Dip or Cheddar's Cheese Fries after a day at the Wildlife World Zoo. It means huge Painkiller cocktails (the limit is 2 per person for a reason!) to celebrate the end of a long work week.
