my wife and me are Pastry Chefs as well as Chef de Cuisine ,we both know how to Bake, Decorate, Create desserts,breads,Pastries and also Cooking. i lost my job in 2004 and my wife Hotel was demolished in 2005, so 2 years after that happened we decided to open a Filipino Bakery , then the following year a next door space was available , so we turn it into a Restaurant , offering Classical Filipino dishes , our bakery is international , we have French, Italian , Greek and on some ocassions German Pastries, specially for Christmas i make a traditional dresden Christmas Stollen. let me not forget that being the firs filipino bakery in arizona , we create the best Filipino Pastries, Cakes and desserts in Arizona. In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. It tells a story of a gathering of family and friends enjoying great food and lots of laughs.
Otto’s Empire Diner has kept the tradition alive and well, winning numerous awards with their food. Among the most notable are the Best Cheeseburger and Best Bacon Cheeseburger awarded by the New York Beef Council and the most recent acclaim of Best Diner in Upstate New York as voted by hundreds of thousands of New York residents.
Otto’s Empire Diner is home to the work’s largest Omelet as recognized by Ripley’s! Believe it or Not. This amazing omelet consisted of 41,040 eggs and an unbelievable 2,128.75 square feet.

CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!

At Brinker International, we’re no strangers to building restaurant brands. We already know how to make magic with burgers, ribs, fajitas, margaritas, pastas and homemade desserts. Our chefs at Chili’s and Maggiano’s work passionately to make the best food for our Guests, and it all starts in one place: the kitchen.
