At Brinker International, we’re no strangers to building restaurant brands. We already know how to make magic with burgers, ribs, fajitas, margaritas, pastas and homemade desserts. Our chefs at Chili’s and Maggiano’s work passionately to make the best food for our Guests, and it all starts in one place: the kitchen.
So we asked our chefs what they’d make if they had free rein to do anything. The only catch was the food also had to be available through delivery, so it had to taste as good at your door as it tasted coming out of the kitchen. Our chefs’ answer? CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!
