Our family owned and operated Caramba Mexican Food restaurants cook daily from scratch. No lard, no MSG. We use cholesterol free no trans fat canola oil. Our chicken is 100% fresh, never frozen. Only the leanest cuts of beef are used. We prepare all authentic Mexican dishes and salsas fresh daily. Low carb, low fat, vegetarian items are also available. Breakfast Burritos served all day as well as menudo. Mexican and domestic beers are served ice cold and our award winning " Best in Phoenix" margaritas are made with gold premium tequilas. We opened our first location in downtown Glendale in 1990. Since then we have opened 4 more locations in Phoenix, Glendale, and Surprise. All locations are family owned and operated. Rewind back before the birth of NakedQ, Pitboss Oren traveled all over the country & ate a lot of BBQ. While he enjoyed every bite, he also learned that it means something different depending on where you’re from:
In the Carolinas, it’s not BBQ unless there’s pork and a vinegary sauce.
In Memphis, you better be craving ribs.
If you’re from St. Louis or Kansas City, you’re going to be expecting a tomatoey sauce.
Texas BBQ is all about the beef brisket.
Oren took all of these BBQ experiences from across the country and created NakedQ, where we rub, smoke and serve our meats naked (without sauce) like pork, ribs, brisket, links, turkey, and chicken with our tried and true recipes.
From our North Carolina-style vinegar sauce to South Carolina mustard sauce to traditional sweet or spicy sauces you can choose to enjoy it, the way you love it because BBQ is as American as apple pie (even though we prefer peach.)

Heavenly Cake Pops LLC
Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands.
As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born. Content with developing the product for myself I soon discovered that ALL of my baking peers shared my same need and would benefit from this time-saving device.
I learned in some cases shops were declining to make cake pops due to the amount of effort involved, literally throwing business away. The real value of my product is its simplicity. It reduces your labor, increases your productivity, creates product consistency but more importantly ELIMINATES the fear of growing your business, by making the rolling easy, hence the name the EASY ROLLER.
