In 1985 we opened our first Chinese restaurant in Phoenix. We bring the Valley authentic Chinese food by bringing an authentic Chinese chef directly from China. However, we did not stop at simply serving traditional dishes, as tasty as they may be, but we developed new and unique recipes to match the tastes of Valley residents. In 1999, we were awarded a "BEST" by the Arizona Republic for Chinese food in the West Valley!
Now we bring you our newest restaurant, with not only our special recipes blended with traditional Chinese cuisine but a choice menu of some of the best variety of dishes for your pleasure. We also strive to bring you an engaging environment, rich with the intrigue and attributes of the Far East, along with the humble and gracious service. Family-owned local chain for Italian classics & Chicago-style, deep-dish pizzas with butter crusts.
Considered the oldest family name in Chicago pizza, Lou Malnati's is as rich in history as its pizza is in flavor.
Lou Malnati got his start in the 1940's working in Chicago's first deep dish pizzeria. He took his pizza expertise to Lincolnwood, a northern suburb of Chicago, where he and his wife Jean opened the first Lou Malnati's Pizzeria on March 17, 1971. Lou was known for his fun-loving character as well as making Chicago's best pizza. Loyal patrons lined the streets on opening day for a taste of his delicious deep dish creations. Lou always thought it was funny that an Italian should open a pizzeria in a Jewish neighborhood on an Irish holiday. But that was Lou's style; he loved all types of people and didn't care much about what people thought.

Rewind back before the birth of NakedQ, Pitboss Oren traveled all over the country & ate a lot of BBQ. While he enjoyed every bite, he also learned that it means something different depending on where you’re from:
In the Carolinas, it’s not BBQ unless there’s pork and a vinegary sauce.
In Memphis, you better be craving ribs.
If you’re from St. Louis or Kansas City, you’re going to be expecting a tomatoey sauce.
Texas BBQ is all about the beef brisket.
Oren took all of these BBQ experiences from across the country and created NakedQ, where we rub, smoke and serve our meats naked (without sauce) like pork, ribs, brisket, links, turkey, and chicken with our tried and true recipes.
From our North Carolina-style vinegar sauce to South Carolina mustard sauce to traditional sweet or spicy sauces you can choose to enjoy it, the way you love it because BBQ is as American as apple pie (even though we prefer peach.)

We started out at our original location at 26th Ave. and Deer Valley Road in Phoenix, adding our second and largest restaurant at Union Hills and 7th St in Phoenix.
