The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. He wanted to create a place that had the Best Wings Anywhere, lots of Sports Action, and a Super Friendly staff. After working for several different restaurants and various other endeavors, He partnered up with Peggy Young, and together with Charlie Houston and Kurtis Paul they scraped together enough money to open Booty's Wings Burgers & Beer in Surprise in May 2012. In January 2014, Booty's opened a 2nd location in Buckeye, Arizona, and in August of 2019 Booty's 3rd location opened in Goodyear, Arizona. Booty's concept is simple… Serve Great Fresh Made From Scratch Food, Give The Best Service Possible and Provide an Atmosphere Where Families Feel At Home While Watching Their Favorite Sports On Our Many TVs. Our Wings are the biggest wings we can purchase and are always fresh, not frozen. How did we get started? The Pandemic caused a lot of people to change how they live, and we were no different. Not being able to go to our favorite restaurants had a major impact on our lifestyle. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option. So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle. First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity. Second, we spent time and time again perfecting our process until finally, we hit perfection! What did we do next? We made kits for ourselves, family members, coworkers and friends to enjoy at home. We’re very proud of the beautiful shop that we’ve built in Peoria, Arizona. We’re very proud of the great specialty coffee that we serve from Peixoto. We’re even proud of the matte black Not Neutral mugs that we serve our drinks in. But anyone could build something nice, serve something delicious, or buy some neat drinkware. We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. Rather, we saw an opportunity to serve and host this thriving community and concluded that a great coffee shop would be a great way to do this. Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands.
