How did we get started? The Pandemic caused a lot of people to change how they live, and we were no different. Not being able to go to our favorite restaurants had a major impact on our lifestyle. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option.
So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle.
First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity.
Second, we spent time and time again perfecting our process until finally, we hit perfection!
What did we do next? We made kits for ourselves, family members, coworkers and friends to enjoy at home.
What happened next? Friends would tell other friends, family would tell their friends, and before you knew it, there was a circle of demand for our new Pho Kit.
Finally, The PhoLicious LLC kit was born!

We are a family owned restaurant specializing in home-style cooking from El Salvador and Central America. Our recipes trace back to our homeland of El Salvador where “Niña Martha” became known by her community for her delicious chicken tamales, fresh green corn tamales and various other homemade meals that she would send her daughter Miriam to deliver to the workers at the “fincas”, the fields of coffee beans and corn. After relocating to Arizona, in 2002, the family opened up their first location in Mesa, AZ. Pepe’s Restaurants have continuously served the Southland with fine quality Mexican food. Pepe’s was founded in 1962 by three brothers, Joe, Tony and Fred. Unable to find steady business at first, the location was changed several times before finally settling in Alhambra in 1962, where the name was changed permanently to “Pepe’s.” During these early years, the brothers often relied on the help of family members to keep the business growing. In 1962, their nephew “Pepe” was sent to fight in Vietnam. This is when Tony, out of love for his nephew, renamed the restaurant after him, Pepe's.
In the following years, the restaurant had become a great success. However, in 1973 Tony passed away leaving Joe and Fred to run the business solely. In 1976, the youngest of the three brothers, Fred, joined in helping to expand Pepe’s Restaurants with the opening of the Downey location. Since then, Pepe’s has continued to grow, opening locations in both Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and Orange Counties.
The restaurants have continuously served authentic, high quality Mexican food, keeping their secret recipes inside the family. This has made Pepe’s the well-known establishment it is today

CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!

Hot bagels moved from New Jersey to the state of Arizona in 2001. If you like fresh bagels, then you'll love Hot Bagels. The shop makes its bagels by hand, not by machine. The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels were meant to be and all of them are hand rolled, boiled, and baked bagels daily.
We serve breakfast and lunch selling 3000 everyday. It's quite a show to watch the large mound of dough being hand rolled and boiled. It smells great, too!
