On the airplane ride back to frigid, snowy, icy, Cape Cod, Judy and I decided to put our pizzeria up for sale and move ourselves and our son Robert to the Valley of the Sun. The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University.
