I took that passion and attended Johnson & Wales University; where I successfully graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. I worked at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver where I gained priceless knowledge about the hospitality industry and fine dining. After moving back to my home state, Arizona, I became the first pastry chef at an upscale casual restaurant in New River. We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground.
