We’re very proud of the beautiful shop that we’ve built in Peoria, Arizona. We’re very proud of the great specialty coffee that we serve from Peixoto. We’re even proud of the matte black Not Neutral mugs that we serve our drinks in. But anyone could build something nice, serve something delicious, or buy some neat drinkware. We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. Rather, we saw an opportunity to serve and host this thriving community and concluded that a great coffee shop would be a great way to do this. Our doors opened in August 2019, and we haven’t looked back since. Community matters to us, and that’s exactly what pushes us to serve the best coffee with the best service. We aim to make the world of coffee simple, welcoming, and approachable for anyone who walks in through our doors (or through our wall – you’ll have to come to check it out!). Chino Bandido

Chino Bandido Takee-Outee has become a cult favorite among foodies in the valley (and around the country!) since its inception in November 1990. Founded by Frank and Eve Collins, who still own and operate the company today, Chino Bandido blends traditional flavors from Mexican and Asian cuisines — based on Eve’s Chinese heritage as well as their local roots as both Frank and Eve are native Arizonans — and some Jamaican flair added in for good measure! When the husband-and-wife team originally opened their doors, Chino Bandido was just a humble 1,000- square-foot restaurant with seating for just 16 guests modeled after the “hole in the wall” establishments that Frank and Eve love. And the love for Chino Bandido rapidly grew among local diners, which quickly necessitated the restaurant’s growth. As the couple realized most diners wanted to come in and enjoy a sit-down dining experience versus taking out, they expanded year by year until the restaurant encompassed more than 6,000 square feet and provided seating for 150 guests. In early 2021, Chino Bandido announced the closure of its original location after more than 30 years in favor of a new location at 310 West Bell Road, which is underway. Eve, who carries on the restaurant’s legacy solo since Frank passed in 2013, decided it was time for a change. The new location provides 6,000 square feet, much of which is dedicated to an expansive kitchen where the brand’s favorite dishes will continue to be handmade from scratch using the time-honored recipes and lots of love. Chino Bandido’s iconic flavors, such as Jade Red Chicken, Chinese BBQ Pork and let’s not forget those scrumptious snickerdoodles, have gone beyond earning the restaurant a true cult following. Chino Bandido has received local and national media attention — including being the recipient of Phoenix New Times’ Best of Phoenix “Local Eatery We Wish Were a Chain” award as well as coming in first place in AOL’s Best of Phoenix “Cheap Eats” category. The taco was always meant for the worker on the run; an individual that needed to eat quickly but also needed it to be affordable. That is who we are. We never use concentrate for our horchata or Jamaica. We started on November 11, 2015, with high hopes that people will give us a chance on trying our food. Now almost a year and a half later we have gained many faithful customers and continue to see new faces on a weekly basis. It has been my father's dream to run his own business and he made it happen by entering the food truck business. We strive to make quality food at affordable prices. With over 10 years’ experience running a craft beer shop in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, opening a brewery was the obvious next step and also a lifelong goal. Since opening its doors, Throne Brewing has become an outlet for creativity, innovation, and comradery. Our main focus is producing a wide variety of craft beers for every different beer enthusiast to enjoy while also providing a welcoming atmosphere for all. On April 1st, 2020, Throne Brewing opened its second location in Peoria, Arizona.
