History Established in 2006. my wife and me are Pastry Chefs as well as Chef de Cuisine ,we both know how to Bake, Decorate, Create desserts,breads,Pastries and also Cooking. i lost my job in 2004 and my wife Hotel was demolished in 2005, so 2 years after that happened we decided to open a Filipino Bakery , then the following year a next door space was available , so we turn it into a Restaurant , offering Classical Filipino dishes , our bakery is international , we have French, Italian , Greek and on some ocassions German Pastries, specially for Christmas i make a traditional dresden Christmas Stollen. let me not forget that being the firs filipino bakery in arizona , we create the best Filipino Pastries, Cakes and desserts in Arizona.
