Established in 2015.
We started on November 11, 2015, with high hopes that people will give us a chance on trying our food. Now almost a year and a half later we have gained many faithful customers and continue to see new faces on a weekly basis. It has been my father's dream to run his own business and he made it happen by entering the food truck business. We strive to make quality food at affordable prices. We have also been catering for small graduation parties, weddings, and churches. We hope this year we will be ready to participate in a food truck festival in the near future. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. my wife and me are Pastry Chefs as well as Chef de Cuisine ,we both know how to Bake, Decorate, Create desserts,breads,Pastries and also Cooking. i lost my job in 2004 and my wife Hotel was demolished in 2005, so 2 years after that happened we decided to open a Filipino Bakery , then the following year a next door space was available , so we turn it into a Restaurant , offering Classical Filipino dishes , our bakery is international , we have French, Italian , Greek and on some ocassions German Pastries, specially for Christmas i make a traditional dresden Christmas Stollen. let me not forget that being the firs filipino bakery in arizona , we create the best Filipino Pastries, Cakes and desserts in Arizona. With over 20 years of experience selling tacos in Mexico, the Torres family decided to start their own taco stand in Peoria, Arizona in April 2016. Blessed with a lot of community support, the first brick and mortar location was opened in Glendale in 2017! Currently, there are 3 locations in the West valley, 2 in the East valley and 1 in Central Phoenix.
We serve authentic Mexican food. The taco was always meant for the worker on the run; an individual that needed to eat quickly but also needed it to be affordable. That is who we are. We pride ourselves in keeping our menu simple with only two meats and now a veggie option. Nothing is ever frozen. Our salsas, guacamole, and marinades are made daily. We never use concentrate for our horchata or Jamaica. Instead we soak our rice with whole cinnamon sticks overnight and blend the next day and we steep our hibiscus flowers to make our Jamaica- it’s a very labor intensive process but we do it because we want to give you an authentic experience when you eat with us.
We want to feed our customers nostalgia- remind them of home or of their grandma or mom
