History
Established in 2015.
A new chapter began for me in 2015 with my bakery business Cindy Loves Cakes, after baking for friends and family, they'd continuously tell me that I should be selling my bakery creations. As the daughter of a Culinary/Pastry Chef & possessing such a deep passion for delicious from scratch bakeries, I'm surprised I didn't do it sooner! I just love to watch the looks on people's faces when they taste my bakes, it's a surprised wonderment that warms my heart everytime! I also warmly welcome most special dietary needs. From custom designs to delicious simplicity, I can't wait to bake for you!

Well Coffee Co.
We’re very proud of the beautiful shop that we’ve built in Peoria, Arizona. We’re very proud of the great specialty coffee that we serve from Peixoto. We’re even proud of the matte black Not Neutral mugs that we serve our drinks in. But anyone could build something nice, serve something delicious, or buy some neat drinkware.
We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. Rather, we saw an opportunity to serve and host this thriving community and concluded that a great coffee shop would be a great way to do this. Our doors opened in August 2019, and we haven’t looked back since.
Community matters to us, and that’s exactly what pushes us to serve the best coffee with the best service. We aim to make the world of coffee simple, welcoming, and approachable for anyone who walks in through our doors (or through our wall – you’ll have to come to check it out!). More than that, the world of coffee is about building relationships and we hope to foster that spirit in everything we do.

Valley Bar is located in a notable downtown building constructed in 1949 on Central Avenue just north of Adams which was once the home of The Hub art galleries, Sub Cultural Arts Center (where Sound Garden, Green Day, and Bad Brains played their stage), famed Bickoff’s Deli and the Theater Triad.
Our interior decor by Patch & Clark Design is done up in a color palette full of soft yellows, cool greys, and bright whites which serves to remind you that this is sunlit Arizona. Valley Bar is something that chooses to celebrate what Phoenix life was and is by bringing this space a unique Arizona feel.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen
It’s pretty simple, actually. The Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Goodyear, Arizona is all about good food, made well, for a good price. How do we pull that off? By cooking from scratch. That’s our secret ingredient, and it makes for great tasting food at an even better value. What does that mean exactly for the people of Goodyear? That means large plates full of Santa Fe Spinach Dip or Cheddar's Cheese Fries after a day at the Wildlife World Zoo. It means huge Painkiller cocktails (the limit is 2 per person for a reason!) to celebrate the end of a long work week. It's warm, made-in-house Honey Butter Croissants and hand-breaded Chicken Tenders piled high that are perfect for sharing (or not! We won't judge!) Graziano's Pizzeria
From September of 1989 until June 1999, my wife and I owned and operated "Town Line Deli and Pizzeria" on Cape Cod Massachusetts.
Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. Anthony and Tina told us the area was starving for a "family" owned Pizzeria where families can enjoy the casual atmosphere and great back east style Italian food at a good price. On the airplane ride back to frigid, snowy, icy, Cape Cod, Judy and I decided to put our pizzeria up for sale and move ourselves and our son Robert to the Valley of the Sun.
Our hopes are to establish a casual family atmosphere at an affordable price. We look forward to providing you with the finest, freshest ingredients available and we will do our best to ensure your visit is one to remember. Your continuing patronage and suggestions will be much appreciated and also a major factor in our success.

In 1958 the first Village Inn Pancake House opened its doors in Denver, Colorado and began offering what has since made us famous— made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes, fresh eggs cooked any style, sizzling bacon and a pot of steaming hot coffee.
