Was in town for business and needed a quick bite before going back to the airport and they recommended I try this place. Ordered an Italian combo sandwich with everything and it was pretty good. Thick slices of pepperoni, salami, and cheese and dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, and vinaigrette. Hit the spot and am quite happy with what I ate. Next time I'm in town I'll try the meatballs because they looked and smelled really good.
This place is a hidden gem. Not many good deli shops are opening at this location in this early morning in North Scottsdale. Discovered this place by accident. Was going to the chain breakfast store and it was too crowded.
Found Rinaldi's Deli and it was small but friendly deli shop. Had a meatball sandwich as the front desk recommended. Forgot to take photo. Was hungry and can't wait to have a bite. Sure will come back again.
A friendly Italian guy from New York is the Owner. If you're going, get the meatball sandwich. Got the Italian Combo and Provolone had zero flavors and the meats were cut wayyyy too thick. Plastic meats and cheese hanging from the ceiling to resemble an actual deli. Owners don't even make their own sausage they source it and everything else out. The bread was a bit stale. Cannolis had great flavor but the filling was gritty.
