How did we get started? The Pandemic caused a lot of people to change how they live, and we were no different. Not being able to go to our favorite restaurants had a major impact on our lifestyle. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option. So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle. First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity. Second, we spent time and time again perfecting our process until finally, we hit perfection! What did we do next? We made kits for ourselves, family members, coworkers and friends to enjoy at home. Although all of those items are worth trying, it’s BoSa’s unfettered take on donuts that has won them, love, from Valley residents. Bosa doesn’t try to reinvent donut recipes or show off donut bravado with culinary skills, they just simply make the perfect donut. Period. Whether you’re in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Casa Grande, Phoenix, or Scottsdale, you’ve got access to Bosa 24/7. (Seriously, they’re open 24 hours a day, seven days per week.) Bosa is opening soon at 32nd Street and Shea, as well as University Drive and Greenfield.
