Hola! Thank you for visiting my site. I am an established baker and cake decorator whose humble beginnings sprouted in the summer of '08 in my parents kitchen at the age of 23. Through the years, I have educated myself on a variety of techniques and continue to evolve and expand my craft. I continue to work independently specializing in custom cakes. Come to me with an idea and I am confident with my skills and your cooperation we can create a delicious, aesthetically pleasing work of art. Along with my customized cakes, I am well versed in pastries including Cuban , as well as French macarons. Once your order is placed, I work tirelessly to perfect every detail. Straight from Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Fat Tuesday is the perfect place to go for fun in Glendale. At Westgate, we are convenient to offices, Coyote stadium and the outlet mall.
