I have been wanting to visit Hope's for a while and finally made the stop in. It's tucked away in a business plaza but the sign is easy to spot. First of all, the customer service rocks here and Stephanie was so friendly and helpful!

I knew I wanted a fresh crusty sourdough and was going to let me eyes do the rest of the order. I went with a fresh hot loaf of the Italian seasoned sourdough which had so much flavor!! I asked them to slice it and they happily did! I also got a sourdough cinnamon roll, lemon blueberry muffin, pineapple coconut loaf and an iced white chocolate and caramel latte! They serve Peixoto coffee which is cool since I don't go out to the east side often to get to the actual shop. The sourdough cinnamon roll was really good. I didn't taste any sourness from the sourdough but it definitely was a great flavor and would get it again. The lemon blueberry muffin and pineapple coconut loaf were both moist and packed with flavor!

Overall, an awesome place with AMAZING coffee as well! I cannot wait to try more of their other flavored sourdoughs and I think I'll pickup a cookie or 2 next time. Already planning another visit soon!! :)

What a welcoming, warm, and beguiling local bakery and coffee shop! The absolute musts are the breads themselves, the Brioche Sourdough Buns, and the Rosemary Olive Oil Focaccia are bread heaven!

The coffee is great too, and Samantha is an excellent barista, her Honey Lavender Breve was excellent and ridiculously smooth.

For sweets, the best item I've had here is the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake.

Stephanie who helped me numerous times was very warm and friendly, Hope the owner was very kind as well.

They have been open for a little over a year and are already winning awards, I hope their success continues!

I've frequented this place many times with friends but I'm sugar free so I have never gotten anything. Until today. I asked what sugar free coffee flavors they had. The employee behind the counter said they had SF vanilla, hazelnut and caramel. I asked for the caramel. Much to my dismay she didn't write SUGAR FREE on the cup and made the coffee with regular caramel syrup. I discovered this later when I arrived at home and had a massive reaction to the sugar content! I tried calling to let them know what'd happened so they could be more careful because customers will have allergies as I do! But there is NO PHONE NUMBER listed anywhere! Not on their page, social media, Yelp, etc.... So here I am leaving a shitty review with what could have been handled over the phone! I won't trust this place again. I'm currently miserable and cramping from the sugar in the coffee. Thanks a lot Hopes Artisan!

Very small bakery with limited sweets to choose from. Located in a shopping center so parking is no problem. They appear to cater more to quiches rather than desserts. They do offer cinnamon rolls that are delicious and zucchini bread that is so moist!
We arrived later in the day close to closing time. So we were limited to what was left for the day. We saw chocolate chip cookies, brownies, artisan breads and muffins.
Customer service was great. We were just a bit disappointed the were so limited on their selection of sweets.

Wonderful sourdough bread as well as delicious fresh pastries.

Bread is not the same with new owners (10/2023). Previously used Blue corn flour, now sour dough comes from Mesa different recipe.
