Through the years, I have educated myself on a variety of techniques and continue to evolve and expand my craft. I continue to work independently specializing in custom cakes. Come to me with an idea and I am confident with my skills and your cooperation we can create a delicious, aesthetically pleasing work of art. Along with my customized cakes, I am well versed in pastries including Cuban , as well as French macarons. Once your order is placed, I work tirelessly to perfect every detail. How did we get started? The Pandemic caused a lot of people to change how they live, and we were no different. Not being able to go to our favorite restaurants had a major impact on our lifestyle. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option.
So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle.
First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity.
Second, we spent time and time again perfecting our process until finally, we hit perfection!
What did we do next? We made kits for ourselves, family members, coworkers and friends to enjoy at home.
What happened next? Friends would tell other friends, family would tell their friends, and before you knew it, there was a circle of demand for our new Pho Kit.
Finally, The PhoLicious LLC kit was born!

The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels where meant to be and all of them are hand roll boiled and baked bagels daily. We serve breakfast and lunch everyday.
