Rito's Mexican Food
Rito's Mexican Food is celebrating 45 years of business this year and we could not be more excited about the future as a company. What began as a neighborhood convenience store within the Garfield Historic Neighborhood quickly found itself selling more burritos and tacos from its limited "to go" only kitchen, than grocery goods. To that end, Rito and Rosemary Salinas decided to pivot Rito's concept into a take-out-only Mexican Food establishment that has served the "Valley Of The Sun" time-honored family recipes spanning generations. Rosemary and Rito have since passed the company on to their daughter Charlotte who embodies the same work ethic her parents instilled within her over the course of their careers. Like a true family-owned business Charlotte works alongside her sister, nieces, nephews, sons, and long-time staff some of whom have been with the company for over 30 years. As the company continues to expand its reach across Arizona, Rito's will always remain committed to providing the same great-tasting Mexican Food that Arizona has come to love with the freshest ingredients and friendly customer service.

We are a family owned restaurant specializing in home-style cooking from El Salvador and Central America. Our recipes trace back to our homeland of El Salvador where “Niña Martha” became known by her community for her delicious chicken tamales, fresh green corn tamales and various other homemade meals that she would send her daughter Miriam to deliver to the workers at the “fincas”, the fields of coffee beans and corn. After relocating to Arizona, in 2002, the family opened up their first location in Mesa, AZ. Fast forward to 2021, the business has grown to 2 locations in Phoenix, 2 in Mesa, 1 in El Mirage, 1 in California and a new location opening in 2022. In 2005, my mother sold her store and I took over Pho Phat in 2007. We specialize in Southern Vietnamese cooking. From start to finish, our Pho broth takes 12 hours to prepare and we use fresh cuts of eye round steak, brisket, flank, shank, and oxtail to flavor our broth. Heavenly Cake Pops LLC
Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands.
As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born. Content with developing the product for myself I soon discovered that ALL of my baking peers shared my same need and would benefit from this time-saving device.
I learned in some cases shops were declining to make cake pops due to the amount of effort involved, literally throwing business away. The real value of my product is its simplicity. It reduces your labor, increases your productivity, creates product consistency but more importantly ELIMINATES the fear of growing your business, by making the rolling easy, hence the name the EASY ROLLER.
