Established in 2015.
We started on November 11, 2015, with high hopes that people will give us a chance on trying our food. Now almost a year and a half later we have gained many faithful customers and continue to see new faces on a weekly basis. It has been my father's dream to run his own business and he made it happen by entering the food truck business. We strive to make quality food at affordable prices. We have also been catering for small graduation parties, weddings, and churches. We hope this year we will be ready to participate in a food truck festival in the near future. It’s pretty simple, actually. The Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Goodyear, Arizona is all about good food, made well, for a good price. How do we pull that off? By cooking from scratch. That’s our secret ingredient, and it makes for great tasting food at an even better value. What does that mean exactly for the people of Goodyear? That means large plates full of Santa Fe Spinach Dip or Cheddar's Cheese Fries after a day at the Wildlife World Zoo. Our mission is to be our customers' favorite place to eat. Since 1978, with the same local ownership, the Carlos O'Brien's team is always working hard to achieve this goal. From our first location in a modest strip mall in downtown Phoenix, our customers could not get enough. Diners waited in lines for seats and parking spaces and came from all parts of Arizona. Not being satisfied with keeping people waiting, we found a much bigger location just a few miles north on 12th Street and Northern Avenue. And since, we opened two more locations around the valley.

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. Built on Dena and Debbie's vision, each bakery still has the warmth and nostalgia of its home-kitchen roots, but they also take a modern approach for the world today.
